Plasma is the clear straw(light yellow) color fluid part of the blood fluid portion of blood 55% of total volume.

It Contain:

(1). 91% Water

(2). 9% Solides - 1% Inorganic

                - 8% Organic 

Major Inorganic Molecules are:

(1). Sodium(Na+) Calcium(Ca2+) Bicarbonate

(2). Potassium (K+) Magnesium(mg) Phosphorus

(3). Ferrous(Fe2+), Ferric(Fe3+)

8% Total Organic Molecules:-

(1). 7% are plasma protein

(2). 1% are other substances like non-protein nitrogenous substance (NPN) sugar, Fats, enzymes and Hormones, cholesterol.
