Management of Anemia
[1]. Pernicious Anemia:-
(a). Treatment of anemia with vitamin B12 (increase dietary of vitamin B12).
(b). Vitamin B12 promotes the formation of nuclear DNA components promotes the maturation of pre- erythroblast and normoblast (early normoblast Intermediate normoblast, late normoblast) reticulocytes response increase in the number of RBCs.
[2]. Folic acid deficiency anemia:- Clinical administration of folic acid or vitamin B12.
[3]. Iron deficiency anemia:-
(a). Iron supplement is taken by the mouth.
(b). Food high in Iron.
(c). Iron gave through an intravenous infusion.
(d). Other several ways of managing anemia.
I). Following a healthy diet.
II). Exercising regularly.
III). Avoiding exposure to chemicals that produced anemia.
IV). Washing your hands to avoid infections.
